GucharmapChartable just uses the value-changed signal on the GtkAdjustment,
nothing special; afaik it's the GtkScrollbar/GtkScrolledWindow that's
translating scroll events to adjustment changes.
As for touch scrolling, I thought GtkScrolledWindow handled that itself, too.</pre>
