confirmed on my T450 which has the same touchpad hardware. Punting to benjamin
though, this is either a kernel bug or more likely a hardware bug.
Benjamin: T450, two fingers held on the touchpad and physical button clicks on
the trackpoint are discarded randomly. Only with two fingers, one finger on the
touchpad is fine.
On this hardware, the trackpoint buttons are actually wired to the touchpad and
the kernel re-routes them through the correct device node instead. So I suspect
what is happening is that the physical hardware is getting a bit swamped with
events.
