I don't understand why you talk about 2 mice. Do you mean that my Kensington
mouse should behave the same with libinput and X11 ? The mouse is much more
faster (too fast) with X11 than with libinput.
I found that it's a 1000dpi mouse :

And it seem to be handled by the hwdb :
