No license information is provided, so full copyright must be assumed and thus this driver is incompatible with the GPL. Because of that I didn't read past the copyright bit, unless it is marked as GPL looking at the driver will taint anyone and open them to copyright infringement penalties. IANAL but stuff like this needs to be handled very carefully. If you can get Eugina from the forum to contact me, then we can work upstreaming this driver properly.
