this one seems to work provided I add a BTN_TOOL_PEN 1 to the first event. The
main question is: is this event not sent when you get into proximity?
run evemu-record | grep BTN_TOOL_PEN and see if you can spot the pattern. it
should be sent whenever the tool gets into detectable proximity and set to 0
whenever it goes out of proximity.</pre>
