hid-asus-fte patch to recognise Bluetooth Touchpad

The attached patch at least allows hid-asus-fte to recognise the ASUS T300CHI
DOCKING device although it fails to initialise it. I'm not surprised at that
though as this is an 'ElanTech' device, not FocalTech.

It may be the ElanTech needs its own version of the driver.
