<pre>Darn, another casualty of not being able to disable middle-click! Since then
you could be sure it was a right-click with an ignored thumb.

Could you implement the desired behavior only if middle-clicking was disabled?
Or should we just wait for RMI4 support? If so, should I close this bug, or
keep it in the RESOLVED WONTFIX state until that time, and then move it back to
UNRESOLVED?</pre>
