Well, I tried with other acceleration values.
Above 0 is unusable, too sensitive and too fast.
0 is quite unusable.
-0.2 is usable and below is usable but slower.
I changed the acceleration speed to -0.2 in the startup script.

Okay, I blacklisted libinput package and will upgrade it when 1.7 come out.</pre>
