testcase by Olivier Fourdan
Downstream bug: <a href="https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1260773">https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1260773</a>
When created new popup and called gdk_device_grab() on it (or the new
gdk_seat_grab) keyboard focus is taken from main app window. The keyboard was
not requested on drag - only the point devices.
See the testcase provided by Olivier. Reproductible on Fedora 25/26,
gtk3-3.22.15-2.fc26.x86_64, gnome-shell/mutter. When tested on Weston the focus
*is not* transferred.</pre>
