when users want the cursor move in relative mode. For instance, when user needs
to reach objectives on another screen, while pen is mapped to one screen in
absolute mode, they'd like to be able to switch to relative mode by pressing a
button. Relative mode also offers a broader/faster coverage when drawing.</pre>
