<pre>I don't think we can use the device properties, because there's at least one
touchpad that was supposed to be non-wobbly and at least one user complained
about cursor wobbles when the hysteresis was removed.
the issue is still what configuration option to intruduce. A simple "hysteresis
on/off" is not good enough. we'd likely still need some hardware-specifics on
top. And there are some other issues that are related to this behaviour like
the pointer moving before/after a click or release.</pre>
