<pre>To summarize the issue, gtk_window_present() has no effect on Wayland. Nor does
gtk_window_present_with_time() if you pass GDK_CURRENT_TIME (=0) as the
timestamp. gtk_window_present_with_time() *does* work if you use a bogus
timestamp like 42.
My test setup is an app that's currently behind another app [both on the
current workspace] that calls gtk_window_present() on itself. This is <a class="bz_bug_link
