Since updating to libinput 1.9.3 custom mouse bindings have stopped working.
Specifically I had a mouse button bound to 'ctrl+w' (close tab in firefox). I
have a Logitech G500 mouse that stores the custom binding internally. The
'ctrl' part of the binding is now being omitted, functioning only as pressing
the 'w' key on the keyboard.
This would appear to be an unforeseen behavior for the button debouncing code
that was just added.
