<pre>Given your description, there must be something wrong still. I really need to
crank up the speed setting to make it feel like it is accelerating at all. I
am wondering if there is not something weird happening on inbound events that
are being used to calculate the initial (pre-acceleration) velocities. I
measured a sample of my usage doing normal navigation around the screen.
Attached below is the profile. It really seems to me this is likely skewed
very low. Does this match your normal velocity profile? I am going to do more
digging to see if I can figure out why I am getting such low initial velocities
(if indeed these are truly low). It makes sense that I am having a problem
with these velocities as even with the speed set to 0.5, 92% of my movements
never even hit the beginning of the acceleration curve.
