Unfortunately, I have a Dell Inspiron 15-3531 that has a similar jittery/wobble issue with libinput 1.10 (Fedora). I built/installed your wip/hystersis branch, and it's a huge improvement over 1.10 on my Dell. However, it seems to wobble if I leave my finger down after moving the pointer.
