<pre>Just barely skimming the surface is still perceptible by the user as a touch.
Thus if the hardware registers that as no longer touching it is an annoyance.
At the kernel level, this device correctly resets ABS_MT_TOUCH_MAJOR/MINOR to
zero on release. And I think that 0 is quite far enough away from 20/10 given
that 20 is a touch perceptible by the user.</pre>
