<pre>It hasn't actually changed that much. The only changes since your patches
affect how the hysteresis works but not how it's enabled (well, and the fix
from 5883ac7d98614e735e44767f3fef0e2ca03ad1ee). It's now enabled if the fuzz is
nonzero and the size of the hysteresis is smaller than before.
