I'd been fooled by the fact that libinput has dropped support for the tuning
parameter POINTINGSTICK_CONST_ACCEL with 1.9. This is actually documented on

but <a href="https://wayland.freedesktop.org/libinput/doc/latest/udev_config.html">https://wayland.freedesktop.org/libinput/doc/latest/udev_config.html</a> still
lists this property.</pre>
