<pre>The hysteresis shouldn't be enabled for your touchpad, not unless you're seeing
pointer jitter. Which also means that the lack of pointer movement isn't caused
by the hysteresis, but we've already established that you're not getting events
in <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=106204#c1">comment #1</a>. So we're going round in circles here, the only way to work
around this bug is by lowering acceleration so you have to move your finger
faster, thus not triggering the bug.</pre>
