[RFC] compositor: remove OpenWFD backend

Hi Pekka,

I agree with the removal, if that helps to speed up development.
I have not the time to fix it right now, and as far as i know no one
else is intrested.
Though i think this shouldn't mean, that no one may reintroduce it at
some point.
