[PATCH] Wayland X server uses xwayand.conf instead of xorg.conf

Perhaps an immediate solution would be to allow a way to pass an option to
weston containing the path to search for the config file or an absolute
/path/to/config/file.name. Weston would in turn parse this and pass it as
an arg to the xwayland server.
