Thanks for pushing the patches. I applied, but because patch #3 is
missing, distcheck still fails:

../../tests/array-test.c:26:25: fatal error: test-runner.h: No such file
or directory
compilation terminated.

Just wondering if it was working for you, because test-runner.h is
really missing from the tarball.
