Sounds like they don't want bug reports, according to 
http://nouveau.freedesktop.org/wiki/MesaDrivers :

Nvfx is a Gallium3D driver for Geforce FX - GeForce 7000 series of cards.

Do not file bug reports about this driver. For GeForce 6000 and 7000 
it's working reasonably well (though slow), GeForce FX users often 
experience artifacts.

The driver will be replaced by a rewritten one. Please don't file bugs 
about the old nvfx driver.
