[PATCH v2 0/3] Reuse KMS FBs for gbm surface bos

Hi,

Here is the second version of the patch for reusing the KMS FBs. The
first patch implements this while refactoring the output code a bit.

I used patches 2 and 3 for testing the client buffer scanout path. They
may not be commit-ready.
