[PATCH v3 0/8] Convert input co-ordinates to fixed-point

Hi all,
This is v3 of the wl_signed_24_8_t series, which uses a new typedef with
accessor macros instead of doubles.  This involved quite a few more
changes in Weston as we couldn't just rely on automatic
promotion/demotion but had to put explicit conversions in everywhere.
