Mesa 9.0 branch for Wayland master

Hi

We missed the boat on the Mesa 9.0 release and the wayland support in
mesa 9.0 doesn't work with Wayland master (which will be 1.0).  We
will be able to push fixes for the 9.0.1 release though, and have that
work with Wayland/Weston 1.0.

I've put up a branch called wayland-9.0 with the patches we need in my
personal mesa repo:

I'm running it here and it all seems to work well, but I'm only
testing on Intel.  Mesa 9.0.1 is "a few weeks out" according to Ian so
we've got some time to get this right, but I'd appreciate if we could
beat this up a bit.
