Hi,

Since 272d243e00c742f9cffc8bc46d09b7d0f19dc43e, weston-launch clears the 
env before running weston. This breaks several use cases, like a user 
with a custom PATH or a non-XDG_RUNTIME_DIR aware system (where the user 
must define it by hand).
Thus, we avoid relying on pam_env, which is disabled by default on 
Debian and pam_env upstream is going to do the same.

This also brings a nice feature up: allowing users to run specific tools 
for Weston.
