Right, the first sub-surface series [1] was an RFC, and I am now
working on the toytoolkit side implementing a couple of use cases. Then
I will probably look at the commit behaviour, and once I have a working
proposal on that, I will send a new RFC. I do not intend RFCs to be
committed.

- A quick fix, maybe we should rethink how FAIL_TESTs are expected to
  be written. After all, failing tests have only one thing that should
  fail in a specific way, and not any other. This concerns libwayland, too.
