[PATCH 0/3] Misc corrections for RDP compositor

[Hardening]

This serie fixes compilation with FreeRDP, adds some documentation and 
notifies clients when a permanent mode switch occurs. This last patch is a
preliminary work to have the desktop resizing to the resolution announced by
the RDP peer.
