WebKitGTK+ and Epiphany work as native Wayland clients.

You can also search the wayland-devel archives for chromium and ozone
announcement, which also runs native on Wayland.

WebKitGTK+ doesn't have full support for Wayland yet (See [1]), but it
works for most of use cases. Epiphany has a hidden X dependency (See
[2]), but it can easily be fixed with a patch.
