Only triggerable if libwayland is only in a custom prefix.

Fix by adding CLIENT_CFLAGS.

I see most demo apps have *only* CLIENT_CFLAGS which makes them not have
GCC_CFLAGS, but this change makes weston-info to be compiled with
GCC_CFLAGS. Which way should it be?
