Boyan Ding in the bug report tracked it down to commit 
45ebc4e3fac7f1a85167d05e2833949b89f02d64 ("glamor: Add glamor_program 
based copy acceleration")

I'll try to verify, and see if I can get some debug output if that 
will help track it down.
