[PATCH libinput 0/8] Middle button trackpoint scrolling & leaving top softbuttons working if touchpad is disabled

Hi All,

This patch series adds middle button trackpoint scrolling & leaving top
softbuttons working if touchpad is disabled support.

It is based on the recent work by Peter, and it requires the patches
Peter has here:

https://github.com/whot/libinput/commits/wip/trackstick-detection

Minus the last commit, which this sets replaces.

Peter, can you please add my Reviewed-by to all patches in that branch
which don't have it yet (minus the last one), and push the set to master ?

With my patches added on top we should be in a good state wrt trackpoint
middle button scrolling, and we even have a few features over the Xorg input
stack which currently cannot do this with trackpoints with softbuttons :)

Todo (I will do so in a follow up patch-set):
-create a patch to extend top softbutton area a bit when tp is disabled
-middle button scroll test-case
