No because if the client wants to fake the cursor it will blink. 
Blinking is not supposed to happen in Wayland. The cursor should remain 
where it was, and the client has a method to move it around and change 
it's image.

I'm confused as to why there is an "enter" event. Isn't that guaranteed 
to happen?
