[PATCH wayland-protocols v2 2/2] Introduce pointer locking and confinement protocol

This patch introduces a new protocol for locking and confining a
pointer. It consists of a new global object with two requests; one for
locking the surface to a position, one for confining the pointer to a
given region.

Hi,

Sending these two to the list again to get people a chance to look at the
introductory descriptions added in this version. I also noticed I had
missed adding a destructor to the global in this protocol, so please be
aware.

No need for the ones who already gave their RBs to re-give, and I will push
these two patches in a couple of days if noone objects.

To get an up to date version of the weston patches, please use the
wip/pointer-constraints branch on git at github.com:jadahl/weston.git
repository.


Changes since v1:

Added an introduction description.

Fixed documentation issues brought up during review.

Added a destroy request on the global interface.
