Hi,

would've been nice to have my R-b added in the committed patches...
even nicer to wait for others to give more R-b/A-b/S-o-b so that I would
not be the solely responsible reviewer according to git. There is a
reason we have a habit of giving and collecting these tags.

There was no hurry in merging these either, 1.9-alpha is still a long
way ahead. Oh well...

"COPYING: Specify origin of the library" should've probably been
license instead of library?
