Daniel specified his sign off was specifically for code copyrighted to
him or Collabora.  Unfortunately the files are all mixed together rather
than organized by copyright.

Kristian signed off on the first patch in the series (the one that added
COPYING).  I had intended to include that signature on that patch, and
am not sure why I didn't.  My apologies.
