Just to avoid any ambiguity, perhaps name this new file main.c?

Apart from that, this seems like a straightforward refactoring.  I see
no reason why it couldn't be landed now, independently of the rest of
the libweston set.

It kind of seems like clock_name() ought to stay with
weston_compositor_read_presentation_clock() just to keep all the clock
stuff together.  (I also wonder if this could be easier as just a macro?)
