Unfortunately that's not completely the case... this patch depends on
the first protocol patch I sent recently:

The DnD action patches modify too close areas (eg. both features want
to bump the data_device_manager version, extend wl_data_source, ...),
so those only apply on top of these "progress notification" ones.
