[ANNOUNCE] libinput 1.5.3

libinput 1.5.3 is now availabl with three bug fixes:
* the HP Pavilion DM4 has a quirk added to disable (jumpy) multitouch events
* the calibration matrix udev property is now parsed for the path backend
  (and parsed in a locale-independent manner)
* we now sync the BTN_TOOL_FINGER state on init. if your touchpad didn't
  respond until you put two fingers down, this is fixed now (observed on one
  elantech touchpad).
