I'll throw my Reviewed-by: Derek Foreman <derekf at osg.samsung.com> on the
pile for everything except patch 4, as Nils makes a compelling argument
that we should actually do a huge amount of work instead of taking the
easy way. ;)
Any reason not to land these (except 3 which needs a warning fix?)
