Thanks for these! My only concern is that they're licensed under
CC-SA, which is a fine license, but does significantly complicate the
redistribution status of our tarball, from 'just MIT, do whatever and
no-one cares' to 'mostly that, but be careful with the icons'.

Is there any chance of having the icons relicensed under the same
license as the rest of our tree?
