I've pushed these two, as well as the weston-egl-ext.h change, with my
review and a couple of small changes. There were some extraneous
whitespace changes, where you changed conditionals and function calls
to be indented purely with tabs, rather than lining up to the opening
parenthesis: please make sure you keep to this in future.
