Note that this is different from the previous
git://git.collabora.com/git/user/daniels/weston repository. It also
contains two patches on top which you won't want unless testing: one
adds hugely spammy debug (enough to cause noticeable frame drops when
the log flushes), and the other makes weston-simple-egl use a viewport
(which breaks core repaint in ways I've not got to the bottom of).
