Using EGL drivers in Weston without FBDev

Recently we tried the same with Yocto 2.3 and weston is working with drm-backend using etnaviv & imx-drm. You can select the weston 2.0.0 from oe-core, please note that you will be needing the mesa 17.0.4 and kernel 4.11 ( Thanks to Daniel for the support).
