[ANNOUNCE] libinput 1.8.902

The second RC for libinput 1.9 is now available.

No real changes to the library itself, a few documentation updates and misc
fixes. The only interesting bit is a fix to the meson.build file - an
invalid keyword in the meson_options.txt caused build failures with meson
0.43. This is fixed now.

At this stage, I don't expect 1.9 to have any other significant changes,
expect it in the next few days.
