[ANNOUNCE] libinput 1.9.1

libinput 1.9.1 is now available. The most important change here a fix that
stopped a crash when a lid was opened/closed multiple times while typing.
Second in line is the reduction of the palm edge zone to a maximum width of
8mm - users of recent macs with their large touchpads are permitted (but not
obligated to) a sigh of relief.

Benjamin's fix to the device groups enables touch arbitration on the Dell
Canvas 27 although that needs libwacom changes too (to be submitted).

The other fixes are an also-run as with a limited amount of excitement to be
offered.
