[ANNOUNCE] libinput 1.11.1

libinput 1.11.1 is now available. A small release only with the required
fixes to update the various URLs to gitlab. Yes, you read that right,
libinput has moved from bugzilla to the freedesktop gitlab instance:
http://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libinput/libinput/

In terms of real fixes we only have two: one for the IBM X41 tablet tablet
mode (almost vintage computing!) and a fix to avoid external touchpads
shutting down when the lid is closed or the tablet mode activates.

Two more patches to fix minor bugs. One could have caused a NaN in the
trackpoint acceleration code, the other one would somewhat randomly grab the
device during libinput debug-events.
