What I want to say is that in SSD mode, requiring clients not to draw window
management widgets allows them to draw decorations not useful for window
management such as shadows and rounded corners, which is not what we want.
Meanwhile, requiring clients not to draw decorations in SSD mode prevents them
from drawing these and is really what we want.
