[ANNOUNCE] libinput 1.10.6

libinput 1.10.6 is now available. Nothing exciting, four hardware-specific
quirks that don't affect you unless you have exactly that hardware. The git
summary says it all and I'm feeling lazy today, so please imagine the git
commits written up as exciting essay with story twists and suspension and so
on.
